The Lehr's: July 2014

We have been having a fabulous summer!! I took a ton of photos, of course, so here is a peek at what has been going on for the last little bit.

I really enjoyed watching the World Cup this year! Ty has a Messi jersey from his club team in Spain, thanks to my parents travels. What a cool kid!

Court loves to sit on things, in things, on anything!

Court also loves to steal toys from Ty and hide them in her playhouse!

Ty hates sitting still, especially for dinner. Maybe if you would try new foods, it would be more interesting!! He looks cute trying to sneak away from me. I can see what your doing... you are not that sneaky!

I started spiking up Ty's hair!! I think it looks so cool!

Handsome boy!

Visiting my Baba! She is such an amazing woman. She is actually too healthy to live in assisted living and she is in her 90's!! What a rock star!! She will have a 100th birthday for sure - but will be so mad that people will know she is older than 80! Love her. Such a strong woman!

Courtney can be a bit shy in a new environment and wasn't too sure about getting too close.

Most days we have been out in the backyard playing in the pool. We all have some awesome tans!!

I found this kitchen at a second hand kids/baby store and after bringing in some of our old stuff, we got it for $10!! Now that's a deal! Its awesome!! I was pretty proud of myself for being so thrifty!!

Cutest little girl ever!! There is a little window on the side where a table folds up. Court loves to play peek a boo through the window. Adorable!

I got new bows for Courtney that clip into her little pigtail and I had to take some pictures!! She is so so cute!! I love having a little girl!

Ty is obsessed with these nature valley granola bars. One morning he had 5, and he still ate his lunch!! Growing much!

You can't have a kitchen without food!! Ty is obsessed with the play food. If we clean it up after he has gone to bed, he is seriously freaking out when he gets up and he can't find it. Oh, and don't try to change his mind about what something is - the potato is a rock and the hot dogs are carrots. But I do love hearing him say strawberry - he has the cutest voice ever!

I went to visit my friend Leslie and her adorable toddler and triplet boys!! We had a fun day at the park, but it was super windy!! We had a great time - and Ty was loving the big kid swings!

Ty has actually gotten really brave and is now running through the big sprinkler!! I showed him how and now he loves it, even going in face first!! I think its a tie between sprinkler and bubbles for his favorite things to do in the yard right now. And he is actually asking for them with real words!!

My little berry picker!! Court loved the raspberries. This later became a problem.... Court was putting everything in her mouth - we had to do some serious pruning. I feel like the people who lived here before us did the same....kinda looks the same as when we first moved in. Haha!

We also went to the zoo! It was....ok. You can tell they are putting some money into it and the new areas are really cool. There aren't very many animals and I wish there were more water animals, Ty really likes aquariums and water stuff, but it was still fun to go and check out.

Ty looking for the sea lions. Brand new aquarium area and the only animal they have is hanging out inside....disappointing!!

Ty liked the caves! They had a lot of areas that you could get out and climb around and explore in. That is pretty cool.

The kids church outfits matched!! I had to take a picture in their matching outfits! This is why I don't do overalls for family pictures...they always look stupid unless your standing!!
