Easter and Early Spring!!

We had a fabulous Easter and have been enjoying every minute of spring!!

I had lots of Easter craft ideas for Ty.  I thought this chick was pretty cute!

My happy boy playing play doh with Mommy!

More Easter crafts!  I bought some fun craft supplies and Ty really enjoyed all the new accessories!

Making a bunny.

I've been teaching Tyson to use different objects to trace around to get shapes.  He is really good at getting it nice and close!

Ty loved gluing on all the cotton balls on his bunny face!

I like to take pictures of our art and projects so I don't feel sad about throwing them out......haha!

I ordered some new bows for Courtney and I loved how cute her hair looked in pigtails with bows!!

So cute Courtney!!

Brock found a cool indoor play place on the south side called the Treehouse!  It has an awesome toddler area with a ball pit and a slide just the right size!  Its awesome!!  A little expensive, but a lot of fun!

Courtney in the ball pit.

Courtney climbing to get up to the slide!

The kids loved this slide!

Ty getting ready to jump in the ball pit!

Ty really loved the slide!

We went to McDonald's after and they had crayons and coloring sheets - Ty's lucky day!!

My parents are so generous!  They dropped these bad boys off one morning for the kids!  They are so cute!!

Ty loves doing crafts, so I decided to up the cool factor and help him make ninja turtles!  He thought they were super cool and I was proud that I remembered all the different mask colors.

Pretty cool craft for a pretty cool guy.

Tyson, always the supervisor.  Always makes sure things are done just right.  He looks cute watching over his sister.  They are starting to play with each other more and more!!

Courtney looking so cute!

I am happy to report that all of my snow is gone!!  But while we still had it, the kids liked having a bit of summer and winter at the same time - haha!  Play some soccer and trucks, shovel some snow.  Something for everyone!

Courtney was loving shoveling that snow!

Ty always loves to play with the shovel.

The kids worked so well together to build this entire mat and fill in all of the letters!!  Court has figured out that if she hands toys to Tyson, that he will play with her!!  Its really cute to watch them play together.

I finally went and got my hair cut!!  Its only been a year!  I really like it this length!!

It was a bit cold, but I really wanted to let the kids try out their new bikes!  So cute!!  Everyone needs to learn how to peddle, but both of them like to say peddle, peddle, peddle!!

So cute!!  Big girl!!

He looks so grown up!!  Were is my little boy??

I thought Court looked so cute talking on my phone.  Court loves to talk on the phone - its so cute!  She often will pick up any phone like toy and say that she is calling Grandma!  It's me Courtney!!  Come play!!  So adorable!!

The other day she was talking to Brock on the phone and she told him to "come home, now!! Please!!  I love you! See you soon!!"  So cute!!

Court loves to try on hats!  She looked to cute sporting Tyson's hat!

What a cutie!!

Courtney taking Tyson on a walk.  Love it!

Another day playing on our new bikes!  I love this picture!

Court looking so cute on her trike!

This is how I am actually teaching Ty to peddle.  There is no resistance, like the chain on his bike, and even if I just push, if his feet are on the peddles, the bike makes him make the motion.  He is starting to get it - a bit.  I need a second set of hands....1 or the other is always taking off...

Court loves letters just like Ty and loves to sit at her little table with her computer.  Hard working girl already!

Another day working on out soccer skills!

Courtney wanted to dress up like Woody to play cowboys!  So cute!!

Courtney's First Haircut!!  I finally too her in to get it done and it turned out awesome!!  I love it!!

Courtney did not want to sit by herself....no surprise, but she was a really good girl and sat so still, even though she was upset and crying.  It was done so fast!  So different compared to boys cuts that take much longer to get all the edges cleaned up.

Not happy, but being so good!

All done!!  So cute!!  I got bangs cut and a bit off the bottom to even it out.

Really cute!  I love it!

I bought her an Olaf doll for being such a brave girl!

The next day I put her hair up in pigtails and I was so excited at how cute it turned out!!  I love it so much!!

So cute!!  Baby girl is all grown up!

Best selfie ever!!

My pretty Easter flowers!!

Ty was being so cute and playing with his cars so nice!

He had to make sure they all drove out of the back of the truck for reals.

Brock had to work on Easter Sunday, so our Bunny came to our house on Saturday!  The bunny has figured out that Tyson is not a chocolate fan and brought him his favorite treats!

Courtney checking out her basket.

Tyson hunting for eggs.

Courtney found chocolate in her basket!!  Courtney loves chocolate!!

Tyson checking out his new letter magnets.  I love how Court is chomping down on her chocolate in the corner!!

Tyson checking out his basket.

Courtney hunting for eggs!  She loved hunting through the grass....maybe next year there will be real treats and a better hunt....

Playing in the grass!

 Loving playing in the grass!

Courtney loved the new princess she got for her castle!

Tyson loves to spell words with his letters - very cool!  Some words he can help you spell and some words once spelled he can tell you what it says.  Sometimes he thinks he spells something and says a real word that doesn't match.  Still, very impressed!!

I had to get a few pictures of Brock cutting Tyson's hair.  Cool memory!

Tyson loves his Daddy!

Courtney playing with her Easter bucket on Easter morning.  Cute girl!!

I got the most adorable outfit for Courtney for Easter.  The dress is adorable and she even let me put bows in her hair and kept her bracelet on all day.  Actually, she was very responsible with her little bracelet, always made sure it was on.  So cute!!!

So pretty!!  I absolutely love it!!

Pretty bows!!

I tried to get a cute picture of Tyson and Courtney together....not happening.  Ty was so not in the mood - he was excited to go to Grandma's house and wanted nothing to do with sitting on the couch for a picture.  Court looks cute though!!

Even Court's shoes are perfect and adorable!

Tyson playing with his new golf set with Uncle B!!  Ty wore the same outfit as last year.  Super cute!!

Playing mini golf with Uncle B!

So proud!  He was doing a good job and hitting them through the "holes" all on his own!

Setting himself up for a hole in one!

Courtney playing with her new counting cookies!

Playing with Uncle B!

So cute!!

I took a lot of pictures, but she looked so cute!!

Big smiles for Uncle B!!

 Happy girl!!

Reading books with Grandma.

Having fun with Grandma and Gido!

Gido and his cute grand kids!

Courtney with her egg hunt winnings!!  (I found them, cause I rock and I've done only a couple egg hunts at my parent's house....)

So cute!!

The best part of an egg hunt is eating!!

Courtney was all about Gido!!  She would run after him saying, "My Gido!" Then she would make him read her stories and play with her.  I'm sure my dad didn't mind one bit.

Courtney got even more chocolate for dessert!!  She had this huge chocolate mousse egg.  It was huge and she polished it off in only a couple minutes. Yum!

Yum.

She loved it!

Courtney coloring in her new bunny coloring book.

Courtney is doing so well with eating with a fork and spoon!  She will only eat her peas with a fork, and does really really well!  Big scoops and it all gets in her mouth!  Amazing!

The weather got warmer after Easter, so the kids got the rest of their Easter toys.  The first was their new bubble machine! It produces a million bubbles!  I love it!  Seriously...this toy was for me....I hate getting bubble goop on my hands.  Ty was loving it!

Courtney chasing after bubbles.

Happy girl!

Bubbles!!

We went for a fun play date with Nellie and Benny!!  Courtney and Nellie are both turning 2 this month and have always been sweet little friends.  They were so adorable!!  Here they are playing in the kitchen together.  So cute.  The were chatting and were so sweet!

Just a couple of besties in the kitchen.

Since they are turning 2 right away, I brought cupcakes so they could celebrate together.  Cue little girls!!

Tyson and Benny are also close in age and of course got into boy trouble climbing on the couch and wrestling with each other.  Very cute!

Cute boys!

When we had to go, we asked Courtney and Nellie if they wanted to hug goodbye and they ran across the room to each other, arms out to give each other the best and cutest hug ever.  Hearts melted all over the floor!  They are so cute together - and have always been!!  I need to keep this friendship going for her.  Its too cute!!

Courtney enjoying some more Easter treats!

The Easter bunny also brought the kids a bunch of sports stuff for the backyard!  Ty playing with his lacrosse stick.  He can actually throw the ball really well with it.

Cute boy.

The baseball bat was by far his favorite!  He set up his t-ball right away and hit balls all afternoon.  When he was done, he ran around with bat in hand,

Courtney playing with the lacrosse set.

Ty hitting some balls.

Such a cute boy!!  Working on 2 hands!

Courtney was excited that we got some hoops!

Courtney loved learning to hit the ball with Daddy!

Happy girl!

What a cute girl on her cute trike!

Playing with the bubbles!  Seriously - it produces a million bubbles!

Running through the bubbles!

Happy girl.

Tyson loves the new bubble machine!

 My happy guy!

Having a snack in the playhouse!  Many more to come!
