Christmas was so wonderful this year!! The kids were so excited and just full of Christmas spirit and magic! Court learned so many Christmas carols and would sing them all day long - Jingle Bells, Up on the Rooftop, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer, 12 Days of Christmas, and Away in a Manger. Ty's favorite's were - Jingle Bells and Felis Navidad (thanks to Dora's Christmas). We loved every minute of it!!
Christmas morning I made Court some special Santa waffles! Court was super excited about it!
Court loved it! They were delicious!
Ty was my little snuggle buddy and wanted to sit and read Christmas books. Such a sweet boy. Has loved reading books with me lately.
In keeping with the Woloshyn tradition, we cleaned the house on Christmas Eve morning. Court loved helping me to dust. Some things just have to be done. haha!
Turkey dinner for Christmas Eve! Everything turned out awesome! Except my gravy - big fail this time.... oh well!
Brock carving the turkey! Yummy!
After dinner, we sat the kids down to set up the nativity and tell them the Christmas story.
Mary and Joseph riding to the stable.
Ty loves animals and was very excited to help set up the nativity. Court kept telling us who was in the nativity - Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus!
Our nativity all set up! I thought it looked so funny next to our gingerbread house (no other place to put it). It looks like the stable is next door to the Griswalds!! haha!
The special Christmas Elves dropped off some new Christmas PJ's for the kids and then we checked the Santa tracker to find out how close Santa was. He was in Prince Edward Island when we checked - so I guess the elves were telling us that we better get to bed!! Court was so excited!!
Reading Christmas stories. This was beyond sweet. Cuddling my babies on Christmas Eve reading Christmas stories. Beyond perfect.
Thanks Brock for taking a couple pictures. So sweet.
Getting milk and cookies ready for Santa! We told the kids that it was that time and Ty started jumping around saying - milk and cookies for Santa and Reindeer! So adorable! They were so excited!! It was so fun!!
Writing Santa a message!
Santa time! HOHOHO
Christmas morning! Ty was really excited and had a hard time sleeping, but did stay in bed until 7:30 (and went back to sleep after getting up at like 4:30). I was so excited - I barely slept at all.
Court was so excited about her shopping cart! We had been telling her that maybe Santa would bring her one - and he did! Love this truly excited face that I captured. Perfect!
Ty opening his Yo Gabba Gabba toys.
He loved them! He didn't even want to open any other presents. The sweetest boy ever. I love this - thanks. I'll go play with it now. Santa really nailed it this year - just saying. ;)
Ty opening his Yo Gabba Gabba boombox playset. He was so excited!
Playing with his Yo Gabba toys.
This year my family came over in the morning for brunch. It was perfect! The kids were so happy to just stay home and have additional fun and presents come to them. They didn't have to stop playing with their toys and it made things so much easier for Brock and I. Our brunch food turned out pretty good - bacon needs improvement. But overall, it was a great morning. Easy going and fun with family.
Ty opening his huge craft set.
Reading books with Grandma and Gido.
Feeding Fergus some of her new play food.
Playing so nice with Fergus.
Playing with her new shopping cart.
Loves it!!
We got Ty the Chutes and Ladders game. Trying to play games as a family.....still kinda working on that.
Court basically ate this all day.......I think she had an apple, a good lunch and this.
Courtney all dressed up like Princess Sofia and singing and dancing with her new Princess Sofia doll. So cute!!
Playing with Ty's new play doh set. Ty LOVED his huge bucket of play doh we got him from Costco.
Reading books with Daddy. Ty loves his new animal and dinosaur books.
Playing with his play doh.
Courtney playing with her shopping cart. Has to be just like Mommy - needs her list, folded in half. Then she says she needs to go pick up a couple things. haha! My mini me.
Christmas vacation was like a dream this year. Brock had 4 days off in a row and the week between Christmas and New Years he basically worked half days. We were so spoiled, but we loved every second of our time with Daddy and our time as a family. I even took some time and went to see Star Wars with my Dad and my brother. And yes, I wore my new fur earmuffs - cause they are cute, and look like Lea buns! The movie was amazing! I loved it! It was so good, I made Brock find a buddy to go with so he could go see it too!!
My Dad had the week off between Christmas and New Years, so we went to go and play with Gido!
Court all snuggled up in a blanket.
Snuggles with Gido.

On New Year's Day we took the kids sledding. It was a little busy on the hill, but not bad enough that we didn't have room. Fun day sledding with my favorite people.
Cute boys!!
Daddy and Daughter.
Court found a giant icicle in the backyard!
A cold day on the sled! But it was getting colder this week, so we braved it!
My Seahawks touque matches Ty's jacket so well! So cute!!
My cute little Seahawk fan!! Time to focus on the playoffs!!
